I'm too lazy to change my manicure often so I try different layering or stamping. The weather is just perfect to dig out some holos. :L

Both, Original & Signature are unfortunately discontinued and HTF, so I don't use them much. Both are a bit sheer so they're perfect for layering. <3 I layered them over my last two colored manicure I showed you here. :D.

Circus Confetti with Gradient

This was just a random combo I did after 2 days of wearing this lovely gradient. My friend had this polish on her desk and when I was there, I painted my ring finger. I really loved how it looked with gradient, so when I got home, I made a full mani. :D

The polish I used was Circus Confetti from Essence. :L All those multi colored glitters scream fun when you look at the bottle. :e

Bloom-a-Loom & Forget-me-Not Gradient

Gradients, gradients... We're seeing lots of great gradients everywhere. :D I usually get bored with a new trend quite fast but gradients still rock my world. So I decided to make another one. x)

Blossoms etc... TE from Essence was available more than 1 year ago and I didn't have a chance to use them before. I still remember going to the store to pick them out, when they showed up. :D So when I was searching for a perfect combo, I knew they're meant to be together. :D

Essence - Bloom-a-Loom & Forget-Me-Not

Bloom-a-Loom is a warm lilac polish with a lilac shimmer, Forget-Me-Not is a stunning periwinkle blue with a blue shimmer. Both are really gorgeous and the shimmer isn't super visible on the nail, but it's there, especially visible on sun in person. :L

I started with 2 coats of Bloom-a-Loom and then I sponged both. I just made an accent nail on my ring finger with a reverse combo. :)

Swap with Fingers from Fingers Polish Mania & DS Skittles

Here are skittles with all this pretties. :L Their application is just amazing, they all go on silky smooth, I added 2 coats for full opacity without base or top coat. They're even prettier in person as on picture. <3

Step by Step: Sparkly Purple Zebra Print

I don't have time for doing my nails so often as before but I still want my nails to be pretty. I usually pick a color I like and wear it for a week without a chip, but because my nails are so short, I decided to make something else. :)

I shorten my nails 2 days ago, because I had some major breaks lately and if you read my blog for a while, you know I hate when my nails aren't all square or same lenght. So, it was time for a fresh start. I have a birthday next month so I decided to slowly grow them out till then. :)

Here's what I came up with. :) All pictures in this post were taken under daylight bulb with black background.

I'd usually name post after the polish I wear but I decided to make something totally different. I saw todays post at Loodie, Loodie, Loodie. <3 That's why I decided to put something on my nails for you Anna, just because. <3 

I have a rainbow on my nails and rainbows are amazing, just like you Anna. :rainbow

I'm wearing Milani - Hi-Res, just because it has an amazing rainbow effect and we all love rainbows on sky but even more on nails, right. <3 I don't know why I didn't wear this before but I think it's just waiting for a perfect moment like this. :) Btw my nails are super short as you can see, but my cuticles looks healthy, right Loodie? :P I'm moisturizing my nails all the time. xD

It needs 2 coats for a full opacity, application is just flawless. It applies like a dream and it dries fast. The result is just amaaaaazing. :rainbow

OPI - Planks a Lot

I'm soooooooooo tired. xo My school started this week and I have a feeling that I'll need to work 10 times harder than before. New faculty, new people, I don't know anyone... Totally new beggining for me. This week was even worse, with a tootache, lacking of sleep and all that stress about school - nah, I just need a loooong sleep to be normal again. :/

I had to put something on my nails, because I'm sure no one wants to see my stained nails, right? :D I choose Planks a Lot from OPI's Pirates of the Carribean Spring 2011 collection, which I got in my latest swap with Lynsey. :h I know it's a color from spring collection but this is a perfect fall color for me. :)

Planks a Lot is a dusty greyish lilac creme polish with great application. I added 2 coats and a coat of TC. I didn't like it at first when I applied it at night, but when I saw it on sun and daylight, I started to loving this shade. <3 It's not fotogenic, I'd say it's more grey in person. :)

Holo Funky French

Wooooooooohoooo, we've reached 800 followers. :party Thank you! <3 Seeing the number rising is just amazing feeling. :$ I never expected to have so many followers so this is really a happy day. :D

I wanted to post this yesterday, but I change my mind, because after watching US Open finals with Đoković vs. Nadal, I's sooo sleepy. Seriously, they have played for more than 4 hours and I's already tired of watching them but they didn't seem to be tired at all. o_O Champs! 8) Congrats to Đoković for another great win! :star

Anyway, I had some bad pictures on the sun yesterday, because it's cloudy most of the day. When I saw sun I run out to capture some pictures, but they weren't that great as I wanted. So I took them today again. :L How bad would it be if I couldn't take pictures of this mani on the sun? Holos aren't that special on daylight as on sun. :/

I decided to make Funky French again to make my holo mani more complete. I probably don't have to say what I used for tips, right? :)

IDK - LOL - QT - 2NITE

Probably you all know where all these words come from, right? :D Yap, the one and only China Glaze's OMG collection from Spring 2008. I just needed them in my life and because they became so hard to get, I'm even happier to have at least these. Thanks to all sweet ladies who helped me to get them! :k

Weather'll probably get worse from now on, so I put these yesterday to enjoy some linear holographic effect on the sun. :rainbow

I only have 4 of them and I still want BFF though, but it became so VHTF. :/ Better something than nothing. I won't even start complaining that I don't own any from Kaleidoscope! :c

I made skittles just to see all their beauty on my nails. :) I apply them without base coat because last time I applied LOL over a Nail Tek Foundation II, its application was streaky. All were applied in 2 coats, no TC, fast drying time... And a lovely linear holographic effect. <3

OPI - Rumple's Wiggin

I didn't like Rumpelstiltskin in the movie... But Rumple's Wiggin stole my heart. :) Another stunner from Shrek forever after collection after Funky Dunkey. :L I wore it almost a month ago and I finally crop the pictures and choose the best of them. :)

Application is great, I think I used 3 thin coats for a full opacity. It's nice light lilac soft creme color. :) First picture is most color accurate.

In case you're searching for its dupe, I think Essie - Nice is nice is the closest. :) I really can't see the difference between these two... I still didn't try Essie so I can't compare them by application but I think you don't need both of them unless if you want a back up. I prefer having differents brand than 2 same bottles, it's more fun. :D

Polka dots with Crushed Candy

Here I am so tired but with "new" manicure. :) My Polka Dots manicure was so cute and like I said I wanted to last till Friday... It started chipping next day I made it but I always fixed it  with another layer of polish and dots but because I'm so tired today  I wasn't in a mood to make a new mani that's why I layered over a crackle which is really perfect for hiding tip wear. :)

I picked China Glaze Crackle glaze Crushed Candy. :L It's so beautiful turquoise, it looks almost like For Audrey but For Audrey is lighter and more blue. :brow I actually don't like how I applied it, because I wasn't careful but it will have to wait till tomorrow or Saturday. I love China Glaze's crackles, thank you so much Carolina for sending all beauties to me. :h

So bad it wasn't a sunny day today so I took pictures outside on a daylight. It looks fun and not pink like usually. :)

I can't tell how happy I'm that tommorow is Friday. :D I can't wait to slep all day long! :i

Powerful purple with Wild at Heart dots

When I saw this beautiful manicure at ANOTHER Bottle of Polish?! I knew I'll have to try it but because I already had Powerful Purple on my nails, I decided to upgrade it with dots.

My previous polka dots manicures were made with Konad and it's so hard to transfer dots in nice circles so I lately got my first dotting tool! :e It's so muuuuch easier to make dots with and it looks like the dots are stamped. :D

For dots I picked Color Club - Wild at Heart - dark purple - another stunning beauty. :L

Magnetic - Powerful Purple

It's such a beautiful day... Again. :) Thank you so much for your comments, my wrist is totally fine now, it hurts just a little from time to time but I think I'm totally OK now. :i

The weather is so sunny and hot - even too hot for April! Don't get me wrong, I like it, because I just love sun but it's never been so hot in April till now like it's July... I think it's something with ozone hole so be sure you're using sun protection because the sun is too strong! And be sure you're drinking a lot of water. :)

But when it's such a sunny beautiful day you can't go wrong with holographic polish, right? :e I picked Magnetic - Powerful Purple, which I got from colorful bottle. Thank you so much! :k We met a week ago, she's sooo sweet and we even didn't talk just about nail polish. :i Can't wait to see you again! :h

So I added 2 coat of this lilac linear holographic polish. This is my first Magnetic polish and I love it! It contains 15ml of polish - wooohooo! :i If it would be smaller, I would definitely need a back up. :D Brush is very similar to China Glaze, application is great and drying time is fast. Rainbow is so much visible in RL as on pictures.

When I got Powerful Purple I thought it's same like China Glaze - IDK and because I don't have time to make a comparison on nails I took a picture of bottles.

I don't think they're dupes... Powerful Purple is a tad darker and colder and IDK is warmer but have in mind I'm not good at describing colors! I'm happy to have them both. :L

OPI - DS Original vs. Color Club - Fashion Addict

It was such a horrible day today. I fell asleep really late and wake up quite fast. It was really time that I visit lectures at least for these exams I have to pass in June. So, everything was just fine, I met really sweet lady Tinna from Tinna's nails (she and her nails are soooo pretty :L ), I checked some DM for S-he discontinued polishes (although I didn't find anything I wanted) and walked towards my facutly. Everything was just fine until it's started raining so much that even my umbrella didn't help. But when I finally arrived at facutly all wet we waited an hour and half for professor, but he didn't come at all. :@ I wouldn't be bothered if my faculty was in my town, but I have to take a train and bus to get there and I always spend 2 hours that's why I was in bad mood since then. xo He should just tell us that he won't make it but no... They can do everything...

Anyway, enough of complaining, Rebecca from rebecca likes nails asked me if I can do a comparison between OPI - DS Original and Color Club - Fashion Addict. Fashion Addict isn't holographic as Original at all. If I had the first version of Fashion Addict, which was more holo it would be even more interesting doing this comparison. :D 

I added 2 coats of both. FA is definetely more pink and Original is more lilac. :)

Color Club - Fashion Addict

It was a sunny day yesterday, so I picked this holographic beauty. I couldn't capture holographic rainbow like Scrangie did here at all. I even didn't see any rainbow like that on the sun, with flash, really weird. :i

Fashion Addict light lilac holographic polish. You can get away with 1 coat, I added 2. You have to be a little careful with brush, because if you apply thick coat you can see brush strokes and that's not what we want to see on nails. :)

I really like it and I'll definetely use it again when I'll need one quick manicure, its application is really easy :) From Color Club holographics my favorite is still definetely Wild at Heart. And yours?
