Swap with Tammy from Canadian Nail Fanatic

I've so few packages to show you but let's start with the first I got quite a few weeks ago. :)

I don't know if you are familiar with Tammy but she runs a blog at Canadian Nail Fanatic. You can find lots of amazing stamping manicures, so be sure you'll check her out. :) Long time ago she had a giveaway, where she's giving away quite a few bottles of Merry Midnight. I knew there're tiny chances to win it, so I contacted her if maybe she has any bottles left. :$

Amazing. :b You probably know that some are selling MM for high prices and I just can't afford it so thank you Tammy for sending me this stunning beauty. :h

Wnb Ombre

Good morning! :) Thank you for all your comments! :h This is the mani I wore yesterday. I actually didn't expect that I'll have a presentation yesterday, but they called me on thursday that my presentation will be tommorow. I wasn't even ready because I though I'll have it next week so I didn't have time to change this mani I did the day before. :D I wanted to add something more, like stamping or glitter but I couldn't decide so I left it like this.

Presentation was so bad, well, I's feeling bad because public performing isn't my thing at all. I'd rather write another thesis than this. But of course you just have to have it so I's totally scared but those 15 minutes passed so fast. I think I told you I didn't like my study so I hope I'll continue my study on master's study program at Facutly of economics, we'll see in a few days. :e It's actually so annoying because I'm 22 years old and I still don't know what I'd love to do in my life... >.<

I had this idea of ombre in my head.. The darkest is in the middle and goes towards lightest in both ways. I like the idea, I like my mani too, but I think there's something missing. 

For this mani I used these polishes:

China Glaze - Empowerment

Maybelline NY - Ultra Violet

Essence - Mr. Big

Not best pictures but you get the idea. :D I hope I'll post more often as before. I used to change my mani every other day, but now I'm so lazy so I keep my mani until it's totally ruined. :D We'll see. :$

Swap with Karen from Frazzle and Aniploish

Few months ago I contacted Karen at Frazzle and Aniploish (check her blog, I love her nail wheels and display posts :L ) and we agreed to arrange a swap. It took me some time to make my end finished but I finally made it. I was quite surprised this morning when mailman brang me the package, because I expected she'll get her parcel sooner than I, so Karen I really hope you get your goodies soon! Sometimes I really wish I could deliver my swap package personally. xo

China Glaze - Hyper Haute

Yap, the one that I least wanted to be broken and it is. :c I knew something's wrong even before I opened the package but when I saw this broken beauty I's sooo sad and I still am. :( If you can remember, I already had a bottle of this beautiful polish but I gave it away because I thought I don't need a back up. Yeah right, I wish I waited untill this package arrive. xo I guess I had some bad luck... :( If anyone has an extra bottle...... :$

It was well secured like all of them, but the cap's broken and polish leaked out. Be careful with my babies dear post office. :@ 

Thanks Karen for making my WL little shorter and i can't wait to start trying them. :k

For Audrey & Bella's Choice Comparison

I give up from doing a comparisons, because I can't capture the real difference between them.

I apply 2 coats of each, For Audrey and Party Blue are still streaky with just 1 but I didn't have any problems with application, Bella's Choice could work also with one, if you're very careful and you apply one thicker coat.

From L to R:
H&M - Bella's Choice
Maybelline Mini Colorama - Party Blue
China Glaze - For Audrey
H&M - Bella's Choice

In RL is difference between For Audrey and Bella's Choice more obvious, BC is darker and greener then FA. If you like turquoise color, you need both, believe me! I add Party blue to show you the difference between pastel blue and turquoise.

What's next? IDK, maybe a taupe color?

H&M - Bella's Choice

Today I have one H&M polish which I got from lovely Flavia in swap. I don't know why I didn't use it before, but here it is.

I add 2 coats. Application was great, I just don't like brush. Bella's choice is more green than blue - turquoise I guess?

It reminds me on a China Glaze - For Audrey, so I took a photo of bottles and I add a Maybelline Mini Colorama - Party blue - a sky blue color, so you can see the difference between them. For Audrey is a little bit more lighter than Bella's Choice. If you want to see the comparison on my nails, please let me know.

Maybelline NY Colorama - Candy bar

it's friday today, I hope you'll have a great weekend!

I promise that I'll show you my new mani soon, today I'll show you again my old one.

Maybelline Colorama - Candy bar is a sweet creme pink color. I totally love this color! I add 3 coats, but it's worth it, the result is gorgeous. I got it on sale, I was so happy.

Then I add konad, M76 - Nihrida sent me this plate a time ago, thank you again sweety! I use Essence - Mr. Big for stamping.

Blue & Green Comparison

What's up, folks? Do you enjoy sunny weather? I'm sure you do.

Yesterday I was thinking what nail polish should I use, but I have no idea. I take 4 nail polishes and I lacquer 1 nail with each. These are my almost only polishes that are not pink or lilac color, but I barely choose them for my nails, because I think that I don’t know how to wear them, funny yeah.

I choose Maybelline New York Mini Colorama Party Blue and Green Park. I bought them recently in our local store (one was 2,19€ and one 2,75€). I saw it on blog In the land of nail polish and I had to buy them, because they are really cute, so thank you Pippa to show us this beautiful polishes.

Party blue is baby blue creme shade and Green Park is a dirty mint creme green. Then I add China Glaze For Audrey, I’m sure you all have it because it’s really a must have, and one mini Joy #322. I hate, when polishes don’t have names and there are just numbers. It's not interesting at all.


Both MNY needs 3 coats for perfect opacity, it could work also with 2 if I were more careful. It dries slowly, there are no bubbles and colors are great. I didn’t have any problems with brush. ChG For Audrey and Joy #322 need 2 coats. I was surprised that this little polish Joy is so easy to apply, I will get so more colors for sure. They cost I think about 1€, but store has several times discount on them so they are really cheap.
