Since I got so many lovely comments on this manicure I showed you here and I didn't really know if I should continue with tutorials or not, I decided to try it again. Same steps like the first time, I just changed a pink polish I used before.
Did you ever heard for Harlequin Hardware manicure? Well I haven't but I saw pictures on Tumblr all the time. :D Here's a picture...

“Harlequin Hardware” manicures created by CND‘s Candice Manacchio at the Diego Binettishow. To create these gorgeous looks, Candice stained models' nails in CND
Colour in Raspberry Parfait and Frosting Cream before capping them in
gold and silver metal.
The gradient looks so perfect and airbrushed on pictures and I already knew I won't get same smooth effect but I really wanted to try it out. :D Tips are probably mirror gold stickers, as you can see on her pinkie it started lifting. :i
It looks much better from far away as on macro photos. :i
First I started with 2 coats of OPI Sweet Heart. Then I applied Sweet Heart and Hot or Not? on sponge and started sponging pink near the cuticles and blending pink with the lighter color. It's even messier than a normal gradient, because you need to be careful not to get pink in the middle of nails. I literally had pink fingers all around cuticles. :) Then I add just Sweet Heart on sponge and tapped it in the middle of nails in case there were pink spots. I added coat of top coat and left it for a day. Yesterday I made gold french tips with China Glaze 2030 and stripping tape and finished everything with another coat of top coat.
Without Golden Tips
I got so many compliments and lots of them were wondering if my nails are fake or how I did them. :)
Sarah from Chalkboard Nails is hosting a lovely nail art contest. :) I usually don't enter any contests, because themes are way to complicated for me or I just don't have time to actually make something out. :) But I really loved the Sarah's theme: The Dotting Tool. Everyone knows how to use a dotting tool or if you don't have it, you can use a toothpick or a bobby pin. Simple but you can get a lovely polka dot pattern. <3 I'm a big fan of polka dots so I almost made a plain manicure with dots for this contest but then I decided to challenge myself.
I always wanted to try this out but I never actually had patience for this. I came home in a bad mood because of my exams yesterday, so I decided to do something with my nails and cheer me up. I had a bad cut with a razor few days ago so I shorten them as short as possible again.
So, I started with a coat of BS. So "naked" nails, dotting tool, a white and bunch of pink and polishes. :D Another manicure that just screams my name. :$
I added dots on background with CS3, I just loved the heart theme before and I can't stop trying more and more. :) Pictures aren't best, because this weather makes everything just worse. :(

I'm holding China Glaze - Empowerment
All the polishes I used are on the picture below. :) I used those two sided dotting tool for dots.
It's not hard to make a manicure like this. You just keep adding dots until your nail is fully covered. :) You probably need a bit of patience and that's it. :)
I'm not expecting to win anything, because lots of gorgeous manicures already entered but I had a great time doing this manicure. So if you're a dotting tool fan or you would like to try something out, enter Sarah's contest too!
Let me know what do you think? Will you try it out? If you don't like pink, you can choose your fave color, I'm really wondering how would this manicure look in purple or even blue. :D I'd need more blues in my stash to get a manicure like this. :D
A week ago one lovely lady Adora Belle contacted me by e-mail saying she has one extra bottle of Catrice - Hot or Not, which I have on my WL for ages but I just didn't have time to pick it up, and she would love to send me this beauty, because she saw it on my WL. I didn't want that she pays for shipping all the way from Germany but she said she would love to do that, because she's a nail polish addict too - like we all are, right? and she know how it feels when you want something badly. :D We exchange some e-mails, she said she send it and included some new p2, L.A. Colors and I expect just a few polishes. :)
I didn't even know that the package'll be here so soon, so today when I got it I was blown away with all these beauties I got - and there were sooooooo many polishes!! :D I though I was dreaming! :L I still think that! I just had to share this pictures with you. :)
Pictures are not 100% color accurate, I'll make some decent swatches soon! As you can see I got soooooo many p2 polishes - I have just one and I'm quite excited to try them all - some of them are new from latest p2 product change, some of them are old, that's why we have 2 polishes with same name but totally different color: Call me! My first and only MNY polish (dark shimmery purple) and one holographic polish (Rainbow), one beautiful OPI, Essence, L.A. Colors,... :L
I also got lots of perfume testers and some stickers with a lovely letter! :h
This was a big surprise for me! I'm watching them on the table and still not believing that they are all just mine! :L Thank you, thank you Adora Belle for this great surprise although you even didn't have to send me so much! :) Thank you again! :h :k
Would you be interested in p2 week?
And I got a "job" at our administrative unit for April today! It was my lucky day today though. :)
It's time for red. I usually don't wear red, because I'm not used to that kind of colors. But I really like how it looks Mary on me. Anyway, this is 2 coats of Bloody Mary To Go and 1 coat of TC. It's a perfect red jelly. Application is more than great, you can get away also with 1 coat if you're careful but I added 2, just to be sure everything is OK.
I'm still not satisfied with the shape of my pointer, but slowly I'll get to that shape I want.

It looks orangey on the first picture, because my phone didn't want to coopeare with me. I think I found perfect red jelly, now I'm searching for a perfect dark red. Which one is you favorite dark red?
Btw... Thank you all for entering my little giveaway. Your comments are sooooo sweet, they made me happy!
Finally... DONE! I'm done just for two weeks but it feels so good!
I had exam today - it didn't go well but I still have some hopes to pass it. I'm still waiting for results of one exam I had on Tuesday... Hope I'll pass all of them! I already passed 2, best feeling ever!
So, I was so tired after exam but what is the best thing to make me happy? Yap, I went to Müller! I didn't have a lot of time, because I had to catch a train, but I bought some lovely things for me and for my swaps.
Look what I got for myself:
2 image plates
I finally found them. They were always sold out, when I went by, I guess we all want them. But it was my lucky day today.
2 Catrice Polishes - one jelly red and light pink with blue shimmer:
Catrice Bloody Mary to Go & Just Married
I bought this hand lotion yesterday and I love it! Thank you Blu for recommendation. I saw it already like 2 weeks ago, but the smell was so noooot for me so I didn't bought it. After seeing it at Polish Drop I decided to try it. I'll bought another bottle so I could have it at BF's too. I usually don't use any hand creams, just from time to time when I see it on my desk. Now my cuticles will be more beautiful and softer.
Balea Handlotion Shebutter and Vanille
Today I made curls with curling iron. I use straitghtener most of the time, so this was a change and I really like it how it turns out.
And about my color... I was dyeing my hair in black for 2 years and a few months ago I wanted my chocolate brown back. I didn't want to bleach my hair just to avoid any damage hair, so I dyed my hair a couple of time with chocolate brown. That's why my ends are darker, but in person it's not so obvious.
So, do you dye your hair? How do you curl your hair?
Now I'm going to take a nap and check your blogs and then is time for sleeeepiiing, I'm soooo tired!
I've almost started new post with hi girls, I'm lazy - again. I'm sure you already know that. I've been neglecting my blog lately because I always wake up late so I can't take daylight pictures of my manicures but I also don't change my manis so often as before.
I can't believe I forgot to mention a half year anniversary of my blog in December. I also promised a giveaway a while ago because of that but I still didn't pick anything and I have to finish my swaps first and then we'll be ready for a small giveaway.
A while ago I got another package from Colorful bottle with a lot of new goodies to try out. Let's start with pictures...
Konad image plates, which I have on my WL too - Now I'm sure I have to buy them all pretty soon!, because these patterns are just so beautiful!
She also send me a cute birthday gift. Thank you sweety for all nice things you've send me!
Catrice - Princess for a Day
I've recently bought new Essence polishes from Black&White TE.
Black Out
White Hype
I usally don't use any hand creams but I was reading about Essence Winter Edition Hand Protecting Balms a lot lately, so I bought 2, because I unexpectedly found last 2 in my local store (TUŠ).
White Tea & Grenadine
Chai Tea & Mandarine
They both smell delicious and what I really like about them that they don't leave an onily residue what I really can't stand on my hands!
And for the end - I got this cute refrigerator magnet with a sweet dedication from my friend Veri for birthday.... So cute!
It says: "If you want to realise your dreams, you have to wake up first."And I'm really good at sleeping.
As you can see I have many new polishes to try out... A bunch from swaps with Martje and Carolina, now also from Colorful Bottle,... It will take a while to try them all, but I really can't wait to stamp some manicures with those konad image plates.
