Just checkin' in...

... to say hi to all my old and new followers. :) My life is really busy atm so I'm not really able to blog as before + I have some major issues with my lap top. I still paint my nails all the time of course, but I'm sharing pictures mostly on Instagram - IvanaThinksPink if you would like to follow me there.

Anyway, my nails were pretty long but when I started with a job few weeks ago, I broke every possible piece of my nail so I'm stucked with nubs! They're peeling and so weak but I hope I'll get them back into last condition in a few weeks. I admire all of you who can have long nails and work with your hands a lot! :)

Swap with Morgan from Lacquer Land & Flash Dance

I've been lazy so much these days so I even wore my last manicure for more than a week. :e

I got this amazing package from Morgan at Lacquer Land few weeks ago and I already wore some of the things she sent me. But yesterday I decided to wear a beautiful gem that I wasn't even expected it'll be waiting for me in her package. :L

Flash Dance is part of Nordstrom's exclusive so I'm not really sure how widely available it is. It looks gorgeous in the bottle but even more on nails. :L Magenta base with tiny purple and bigger pink round glitter, sounds amazing, right?

I applied 2 easy coats for full opacity and a coat of topcoat to get this super shiny look. I think I should add another layer because it's still gritty. From the lightning depends how pink or purple this polish look.

I wanted to try Baby Lips and Revlon's Just Bitten Kissable Balm stains for ages! Funny how she sent them to me. :) You need both of them, definitely must have lip products! And she also sent me my first Butter London polish! :e

Swap with Lynsey #2

I've got an amazing package today. <3 I got so many new bottles lately and I really don't know where to start. I'm also dealing with lack of inspiration. My nails are naked for 2 days now and I'm still not fully decided what to wear next. xD But I'm so happy to have all these beauties around me. :)

I did a swap with Lynsey this winter but we stay in touch and decided to do another one, yay. Swaps are super fun, I always feel like a kid while opening the package, but because I ran out of bubble wrap I had to open them carefully today, even more exciting. :)

Milani Gold is such an amazing glitter. <3 You might noticed that I already have it, but if I want to do all my nails with this beauty, I'd run out so quickly, that's why I's even more happy when I saw she found me a back up. Got my Pirates, scented Revlon polishes, those 4in1 polishes from Claire's which got mixed during the transition but still, they look super fun, that's why I wanted them and my first Finger Paints - I actually didn't expect I'll like them so much, first impression is really really good though. And I just need to mention Ruby Pumps. <3 This baby is even prettier in RL as on pictures, you know I don't like red so much but this one is just amazing and must have for all nail junkies. :) Well they're all just so beautiful. <3

Hershey's Cookies'n'Creme Eggs. <3 Last time she sent me Hershey's Kisses in same flavor and I fell in love with them. I love cookies but I always loved more the creme inside. These are just perfect - lots of creme with pieces of cookie. ^_^ I really don't know what I'll do when I eat them all. <\3 I got another Body Lotion from Bath & BodyWorks - smeels divine. :L I also got a huge Laura Secord Crunchy Peanut Butter Egg but my mom ate it before I even took pictures. :$

Deborah Lippmann's Glitter in the air was a long time lemming for both of us, And oh, it was worth the waiting !

 It's quite sheer though, so I did 3 coats of GitA over 2 coats of H&M

As much as GitA has a perfect application, Blue is horrible to apply ! 

S.U.P.E.R streaky ! 

But we like the result, don't we ? :)

As I'm from Belgium I thought I might show you one of Brussels specialities,

Cuberdons ! (or "noses" as we call them sometimes)

Seriously, if you have the opportunity, TASTE THEM ! 

They are delicious :)

Aaaand they're filled with raspberry sirup omnomnom :D

GitA is amazing, you can layer it on lots of colors or wear it by itself, with intense glitter or not, just like you want it. It definitely became one of my favorites! :L As you can see, we both love it! :)

Glitter In The Air

I goooooooooooooot it toooday. :L Thank you so much *M* from *All My Silly Ideas*, who helped me to get this beauty in my hands!

I wanted it since the day when I saw this post at Fashion Polish, when I fell in love with layering over pink and when I saw this swatch at With love, Ana. Seriously, these pictures just make you wanting it! :b

This polish was my motivation for my exams and because I passed all of them, I needed something to reward myself right? :P If I'd failed, I'd get it as a consolation anyway. :D

Here's just a bottle picture because I'm so excited to have it but as soon as I'll have some free time for my nails, I'll show you swatches. :)
