Glitter removal with Foil method

I'm sure you all know how difficult is removing glitter polish, right? I saw this tutorial of removing a glitter polish with foil from Nihrida.

I already tried it when I was removing MAAH. Because I was boring this time I took pictures of this method to show you this trick, but I'm sure you already know it. Here we go. Wather is so bad today, it's dark and it rains all day long so the pictures are bad.

I had a Petunia Sparkle for 4 days on my nails and still looks good! On the right hand just one of my nail chipped so I decided to remove it.

All you need is a cotton ball or pad, nail polish remover (I'm using Aveo from Müller) and a 10 pieces of foil.

Now you have to soak a cotton ball/pad into a nail polish removal and put it on you nail. You take a piece of foil and wrap the finger with it. Repet on your all nails.

Now you just have to wait a couple of minutes and then remove the foil with a cotton ball/pad. Glitter smoothly stays on the cotton pad and your nail is clean.


How the glitter stays on a cotton ball you can see on the picture below. If whole nail still isn't clean, you can just simply turn the cotton ball and clean it with a clean side of it.

That's it! Simple, right? How do you remove glitters or nail polishes, which is really hard to take off?

Nubar - Petunia Sparkle with TC

I wish it was sun outside! But no luck I guess. Outside is a real fall weather. Hope it'll be like this for a few months, because I really hate cold weather and winter, of course!

I added 1 coat Seche Vite to a beautiful Petunia Sparkle. Without TC is more matte than glossy and with TC the surface is smooth and not bumpy.

After 3 days wearing this beauty still looks beautiful and perfect, but you should apply it and TC on the tip of the nail too or you'll get tip wear soon!

Look what I've eaten yesterday! Roasted chesnuts! Yummmmmmmmi!

Of course I had to took picture of my mani with chesnuts! I'm going crazy with pictures just like I was going with MAAH!

Do you like chesnuts? Boiled or roasted? I really like both. That's almost the only reason why I love fall.

His songs will definetely live forever! He is an angel now!

Nubar - Petunia Sparkle

Glitters, glitters, my love!

With MAAH I discovered my love to glitters and since I've seen Petunia Sparkle here at Polish Drop (I love this blog, you should check it too!) I knew I had to have it! And Tinna from Tinna's nails ordered one also for me!!! Thank you sweety, again! Check also her Petunia sparkle and her beautiful nails! I just got it so I immediately put it on my short nails!

Petunia Sparkle is a pink glitter nail polish. I add 3 coats without TC, surface is rough but it doesn't bother me, maybe I'll add TC later. This one would look great also with 2 thick coats, but I add 3 thin! It's not difficult to apply it - you just have to make sure you have enough polish on your brush or you'll wipe off the glitter with a dry brush. It dries very fast, finish is kind of matte.

So, let's start with a lot of the same pictures, O.K.? Unfortunately there was no sun outside, so I took pictures on a cloudy day. It was so hard to capture real color of this beauty and sparkling effect doesn't show off at all!

With flash I tried to capture sparkling effect, but no luck I guess.

It sparkles so much in RL! Stunning! I can't tell you how much I love it! This is my first Nubar and I'm so happy that I have a chance to try it. Take a look of the botlle:

It contains 15ml of nail polish and it's Formaldehyde, Phthlate and Toluene FREE - first I didn't read carefully and I thought that has these in!

Imagine effect shown on the picture below × 100 and you'll get the effect that I can see with my eyes! Just the color on this picture is too purple!

Orly - Lollipop

Lollipop, lollipop, oh lolli-lolli-lolli. Lollipop *pop* bad-um, bum, bum...

Do you know this song? I'm singing it right now. So, for today I have a Lollipop for you. Not a candy of course, but a very lovely creme light lilac color with a splash of pink. Sweet collection from Orly is so cute! Just like Up & Away from China Glaze - totally my colors, especially pink ones!

This one is very pigmented, if I were more careful 1 coat would be enough, but I add 2 and 1 coat Seche Vite.

Pictures were taken outside on a cloudy day.

So sweet color, right?

One of my nail has just broken, so I've shortened them all. Hope they'll grow fast again, because I don't like my short nails.
